You can avoid weather related stress as it sits in the package by opening the package and putting it in the sun with water as soon as you can when it is delivered. We will help you succeed and resolve any problems with your plants if you send us a photo as soon as you open your package.
Shipping takes place within 3-5 business days. If there is a problem with the shipment of the product, we will notify you via the email address you entered when ordering.
