Product Care Instructions : Soak seeds overnight in a jar or bowl of water for about 8 to 10 hours. After soaking drain out the water and rinse with fresh water. Drain out the fresh water so there are only wet seeds / sprouts and no standing water. At least twice each day, once in the AM and once in the PM, rinse and drain well making certain there is no standing water. Depending upon the seed type, they are ready to harvest in 2 to 5 days.
